Should a return be in order for your situation, we will initiate a return label for the gift to be sent back to us. Once the gift is returned, we will refund the full amount charged as along as the gift is received in the condition it was sent with all included funds. If there is money missing from the gift, it will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will not be initiated until the gift is received by us.
